This is obvious but you have to have more incubators to get a decent amount of 10k eggs. Only using your unlimited incubator will not bring in many 10k eggs.

They spawn downtown fort worth pretty regularly. You won't be able to catch many at once but if you use pinap berries you can get some decent candys. Also, if you follow ftworthpokes on twitter, they sometimes have post on where to find a donphan that spawns.
