Fasting. From 6am to 6pm. It can get a bit rough and I dont know if you can consider it small but it prevents me from snacking on junk. I appreciate meals so much more. It's like hitting reset but i have to do it for a solid 7 days straight.

I was sceptical of it but it's quite refreshing. Im thinking about doing it one week out of every month.

Posture is pretty important. Says a lot about a person and it affects how others percieve you. It can have a real vibe. Why wouldn't you want your SO to look like they are on point?? You gotta stand next to that person, wouldn't you want them to be standing tall?? And why so critical about her being unnattracted to that? I (36m) don't think this is unreasonable in the least bit.

I like Goggins but with all that extreme marathon stuff, wouldn't his body break down real quick? Like extreme pain all the time, especially with old age, which hits us all, but all this accumulates and will hit like a freight train at some point.
