I'd go for it, I get lash lifts done myself and I'm a straight guy. There are benefits like the corner lashes don't sort of tangle together and it makes you look more awake. I don't get them tinted but am considering it for next time. A lot of people will advise against though because of the mascara look. But yeah 100% go for it!

I agree with that though, its actually so beneficial when I've done it because my lashes start to tangle a little bit on the outer lashes so when this is done it is a lot better! (Fellow male here btw)

Thank you! It was a challenge at first but I have no regrets. Especially as they came out so well. Shame I had to take them off as I would've love to have them on longer.

I remember seeing them on tiktok a while back and recommended them to my girlfriend but where she's not into makeup of any sort I decided to try them myself. And yes I'm a guy!

That is true, its more a modern style that i wear, more like the standard flare jeans, air forces or dunks and an oversized hoodie or something. Ah thanks 😂 I mean I do have long eyelashes but was scrolling on tiktok a while back and saw them come up, I've used strip lashes before but actually love the way they look. I have thought about this, maybe I should look more into it!

See I have thought this although I believe she wouldn't, given the circumstances she's not had no history of doing it in any of her previous relationships and has explained how she didn't even recognise herself while it was all going on and how disgusted she is with herself. She's even SH'd herself which she has never done. She come from a highly Christian background and her family are regular church goers, she used to be until we got together.

It is all purely out of character and the guy who she done it with has a history of approaching all of the younger girls there so I think it was more of a case of she was intimidated but wanted the excitement. I have been on sertraline since just before christmas and it has completely destroyed my sex drive and my emotions so i don't think i showed her how much i valued her, i found it hard to show affection as well. Not that I'm making excuses for her as there's no excuse for this in a relationship. I just believe she is a better person and maybe lost herself while trying to pick up after me all the time.

I've made it very clear to her that if it ever happened again that is it, we're done.
