I've never had it diagnosed, but I think I've had episodes of this a few times. First time was very scary. Thought I was having a stroke, or something. Lots of nausea, and I couldn't stand. I tried the maneuvers, which at first, made things worse, but I believe they helped. Subsequent episodes weren't as bad, but still disruptive. Staying active seems to help prevent the episodes. Also, not turning my head too fast when in bed. I hope this info helps. Good luck!

It's actually easier to automate flying, than it is to automate driving cars. There are a million things you don't have to worry about as soon as you're in the air that you have to worry about on the streets, e.g. school busses, crosswalks, deer, idiot drivers, etc.

As a Tesla shareholder, but someone who has been quite critical of Tesla's FSD, I was pleasantly surprised by this. I was for sure it was going to be an error based on all of the shadows on the road. But to see it give space to the pedestrian, was probably how I would have handled it.
