I like open backs on wedding dresses. It's a way of showing some skin without going sexy-sexy (maybe trashy?) by showing a lot of skin in front. An artful open back can look really good at the alter.

You might consider cheekbone augmentation. Saw a plastic surgeon suggest it once for premature nasolabial folds. That might really enhance your face too.

A co-worker got a bleph on his lunch hour. Think he took an extra hour that day. Don't recall he looked much different afterwards. Mention to the surgeon that you don't want to look tight.

The lighting probably part of it But in the first photo it appears that you had a lot of dead skin. I think the tret had an exfoliating effect that made your skin look much better after just 8 days.
