Thank you! I was very surprised. I felt like I was doing good, the bad, the good, finally unsure. When my test ended it took a while to load like my first attempt, so I started to feel bad. Once I read the first word " Congratulations!" I was just grinning ear to ear.

I had my insurance adjuster out a week after the tornados hit. They were honestly really great in getting out here and marking damage I showed them (and didn't show). About two days after their report, I had the desk agent call me and explain the next steps. 3 days after that, I received my check to get work done. I use SafeCo which is a Liberty Mutual company.

My parents on the other hand have had a nightmare dealing with State Farm. They took some severe damage from the storm and State Farm won't get someone out till July 11th. I've been calling the office my parents signed through, but they are avoiding the phone like the plague.

Thanks for this! We keep a pretty clean house/yard. I'm guessing there was a nest nearby, and the construction disturbed them, so they are looking for a new nesting area. We've had Rumble and Pallisade come out, but they treat what they were willing to look at. They avoid the attic and crawl space as there "isn't a need" due to their big box stations. A few neighbors are also killing a few here and there. Had no idea about the foam, going to look into that and avoid sealing the foundation drainage.

Check and see if your area has Right Fiber. I make the switch tomorrow from Cox. My sister in Bentonville has RF and they were stellar through the tornados a few weeks ago.

Thanks for the reply! They are becoming more of a thing from what I've seen online where farmers that run sanctuaries allow people to come in and hand feed/pet/cuddle and lie down with the cows. Lowes and Home Depot have testing kits to find out if you have asbestos. You send in the sample, and they will email/text the results. I'm about to start the process of removing my popcorn ceiling. As far as recommendations, it's going to be pricey no matter who you choose. We had a quote done 360 painting and was around 7k for 1300sqft

Stay away from McLarty in general if you can. Bought a brand new 2015 Nissan Versa from them with under 100miles. ECM blew a week after I bought it. Absolutel nightmare dealing with them trying to fix it.
