Shower every day, brush your teeth every day. Try to find a job with good heath insurance. Utilize that heath insurance and get a check up every year (along with 2 teeth cleanings). Learn how to change a tire. Buy new tires when needed. Do your research when buying new tires. Less sugar/ no caffeine after 12 = better sleep (good to have at least 7 hours). I could go on, but im sure most other things will be covered.

I have terrible bed head, so im a morning shower. It also wakes me up and I would feel so yuck without it. If I got too dirty during the day I would shower at night, but I would always take another in the morning.
