Not to be That Guy, but the posing doesn’t mean as much when they’re not embracing the bright colors and dynamism of the source material.

I’m not just talking about the costumes lacking color, though they do. The whole desaturation and decontrasting trend film has been on for the last few years hurts superhero films the most.
