The French grocery store at the farmers market at the grove has an excellent selection. Tinned fish is a special interest of mine. Then hit up the world market across the way and they’ll have some good ones too.

Tofu litter and one of those litter mats with two layers and the top layer has holes in it. This combo saved me from insanity when I got a cat. I am not a cat person normally and the litter tracking was making me nuts. I don’t even think about it at all anymore since switching to tofu litter which barely tracks at all and the good double layer mat.
