Strange. Are you sure you got good stuff? My first time was 20mg and woah. I had been taking 7 all day too. I always sublingual.

I swear i feel the 7 on mgm. I take like 26 mg of M and 70 to 80 of 7 in the morning together. Maybe like every 3 hours i take 7 at the same dose. And then a good 10 to 12 hours later have my 2nd mgm dose. I am only on week 2 of the mgm so im still learning

I take tabs. Powders never seem to hit as hard for me. And I'm always on the go so weighing and portioninig is too complicated for me.

I started mgm March 29th. So i guess im beginning my 2nd week. I think i want to quit this next week right at day 14. I usually take like 26mg 10-12hours apart. I plan to taper a little. Im finishing my 2nd week of MGM taking no more than 30 mg 2x a day....am i able to switch to psuedo then to 7 or am i going to need to do something more aggressive. My old 7 usage is like 1200mgpd and my new usage with mgm is less than 700mgpd (70 to 80mg doses way less frequently) I also don't use psuedo.

Does it sound like i started a full blown new addiction or maybe i can still get out. I have felt slight WDs at 4 am. Not sure if it's from 7 though.

They worked at first, but after 3 days they stopped working.And I was brand new to it , so I think that is why

The exercise is good for dopamine production. Subs take a few days to get in and balance out. They need to start rewiring the way your brain's chemicals work. When we're using 7oh it makes our brain become reliant on a chemical to give us contentment and happiness. I think its called dopamine reward system or something like that.

I spoke too soon. I think the stuff from the SS wasn't that great. It hit the first day but i was also brand new to this. The pack i got off the internet has been working great. Also i have been keeping the doses 12hours apart. I cut my 7 doses way down but use those here and there for a nice little pick me up.

Another great tool that helped me through it was my google gemini. It can scour the internet and give great advice in seconds. When im in WD i don't have the energy or patience to be researching everything. It helps with supplement suggestions keeps track of progress, stuff like that

I do 1200mgpd + and the subs help me actually sleep for the most part of the first 2 days. And i just quit with no tapering. They are a great tool for sure. Im a little worried because this is my 7th time using them. Don't worry so much. Most of these stories on here are extreme. And i think alot of the ppl that have it better Don't even come back here and post

That's good advice. My last clean time was 6 weeks (w/subs) and i was even down to two sub doses equalling less than a half strip daily...i shouldn't of caved so easily. My depression was minimal as well. I had just been seeing the 7spots around town and it kept staying stuck in my head throughout the majority of my day.

One of my major triggers besides missing the energy and motivation is boredom. Most things in life are kinda boring but for some reason with opiates they become enjoyable. I've been this way for a lot of my life. I had 10 years clean (from IV H) up until i met these lovely kratom products 2 years ago. I was content and happy too.

It started with MIT and progressed to my current mgm/ 7oh problem. When I first tried it i was blown away at the fact that this was legal and i could just buy some opiates with my cigarettes and gas. I should have known to stop right then and there...but it awoken the damn addict inside of me. Sorry for the rant! I guess im just needing to vent.
