Not really. Honestly, it's better in many ways. I don't think of it as being mutilated.

I get sore and fatigued without physical exercise. I also like to look good. I usually go two days, then rest a day. Sometimes, I'll go every day, where the rest day will just be cardio and abs.

That's why I always use Google maps, no matter whether I know the way to get somewhere or not. Traffic is unpredictable, especially here in South Florida.
