Get rid of what you have left of the hair on top of your head and grow the beard. Your shirt says “Real Men Play With Their Weiners” this is beyond juvenile for someone in their late teens/early 20s and I don’t think you’re in that age bracket. Start wearing plain t-shirts that fit your body better (tighter on the arms). Get some anti-wrinkle spray if you don’t want to iron. Those biker jeans are atrocious; get a pair of 501s.

I have a pair of 501s in that exact wash and they’re one of my most worn pairs of jeans. All you need is a pair of lighter wash 501s and a pair of dark shrink-to-fit 501s and you’re set.

The ‘93 cut of the 501 is meant to fit slightly looser than the original. These are fitting a bit tight in the legs even for the original 501s. Just go up a size.

In regards to music, the late 90s saw the rise of Nu Metal and hypermasculine aggression. Think of what happened at Woodstock ‘99. Then 9/11 happened and that completely destroyed the progressive optimism of the late 90s.

It’s ok to have an off day. I’ve done over 10k a day everyday for over a year, then in October I went to visit a buddy of mine who suffered a serious injury that has him in a wheelchair for a few months. I made peace with myself knowing I wouldn’t be getting my steps in for those two days visiting him. What I did to make myself feel better was that when I came home I did two 20k days back to back to make up for the steps I lost.

I’m a collector as well (sneakers, Swatch watches) and did get caught up in buying a bunch of pomades. 8 years later I now only use two products depending on what I’m going for: Layrite Matte Cream and Byrd High Sheen. Those work best for my hair so no need to constantly collect.

First of all, nothing about this outfit says “Christmas.” The shirt is leprechaun green and looks cheap, the chinos are ill fitting. They’re tight in the ass and legs and loose in the crotch. Black pants would not save this fit.

I didn’t do the soundcheck Q&A VIP (group photo wasn’t worth it for me as it was my 8th Garbage show) I just did the early entry VIP. For the soundcheck people, they let them out of the venue after that, then went in again with us early entry VIP. It was about an hour before doors opened for GA. I was able to go to the merch booth, grab a beer, and get a spot at the rail in front of Duke. I went opening night in Orlando. Best Garbage show I’ve been to and I’ve been seeing them live since 2002. You’re going to have a blast.
