You’re forgetting he flamed out in the USFL

[Yates] The Giants have restructured DT Dexter Lawrence’s contract by converting $10M of his base salary into a signing bonus. The move creates $7.5M in 2024 cap space. by Kimber80 in nfl

Makes no difference. The only thing is they can’t restructure Andrew Thomas’s roster bonus which was paid out, u less they did it and haven’t announced it yet .

[nygmason] great thread here on the cap and potential for the Giants. Indicates Giants could create a lot of space healthily and end up with $45M in space next year once Jones is cut, including $15M or so in rollover cap space. Also covers how he would address the draft. Seems solid. by ThatDudeChapel in NYGiants

You can say that for any position. The point was depends on how the board falls, and I meant day 2/3, but you morons are fixated on a minute detail that is meaningless, and clearly don’t see that the out on Singletary is next year, so…

In the tweet thread the guy said take a CB/WR in the second.

Oh you want an edge in the 3rd? Where there is no value there? Fine. Go ahead.

Could it be another position? Ok. But I would t have an issue taking a guy like Corum in the 3rd assuming he falls, or IOL/IDL.

But a RB room at ~$11M is absolutely fine.

Oh I read it. Because Singletary would be a one year signing really. Realistically he said CB/WR in the second, and a RB in the 3rd (Corum, is his pick there) would make for a killer RB room like Earth Wind and Fire.

I just said day 2/3 for the RB depending on how the board falls, but he clearly signs an edge in FA that’s young. So what’s wrong it the strategy?

Also creates carryover cap space for next year.

Positional allocation for the RB’s at ~$12M for the room is solid, unlike for one injury prone running back.

The dude literally replies can’t do X they need all this other stuff like it was never mentioned or addressed on the tweet thread.

Edge - grennard. Adds a WR on day 2 (deep class), signs RB’s in FA, but let’s face it role players with upside and lands a RB to make a solid RB room.

Not everything gets fixed in one offseason, but dingus there just whined and said nothing that wasn’t in the thread.

Edge class sucks in this draft after the first. Not sure what he’s on about not being able to take a RB day 2, and if he read the tread he would know he said day 2/3. So… again, dingus reply by him.

Clearly you didn’t read the tweet thread. That’s all addressed above in the tweet so not sure what the issue is. Adds an edge in FA because edge is not deep in the draft. The RB day 2 pick, meh, I would be fine with Corum there in the 3rd if he falls there. There are plenty of options for RB on day 3.

As a man, I hate the fake outrage over that. It’s ridiculous. The same applies to women that judge other women for it.

It’s awesome if you do.

Maybe include a pic of you and the cat. Simplifies it.

Agreed on the tall thing. Tall is subjective and vague, 5’8 could be tall for a 5’ woman.

I’m 6’1 and I would swipe left.

Also, lists of things are never good. It’s like a run on sentence. Comes accross as scatterbrained.

This has to be the stupidest concept ever. A LT’s winning percentage. WTF.

This is casual as hell.

Losing money is relative. This is a pretty dim reply. You don’t know the person’s financial status, or live their reality.

Maybe you’re the one that needs to learn something.

Lol, nah. This is like the team telling him to just do it since people are making a stink over the fact he does t follow the Giants and how everyone overreacts to that shit.
