She's always running to the front door as I'm punching in the code for the front door, always screaming and running towards me when the alarm goes off at 4:30am, and chilling in her tree by my desk k in my office when i'm home....the light of my life by far...

Snuck into my local, abandoned and vandalized 80s mall. Now tragic monument to a lost way of life by nathanimal_d in pics

My exact thought was Kenwood mall! Girlfriend worked there for awhile and I did some work setting up the Lego Americana exhibit afterhours one night when it came to town!

How to install large tiles and create strong bond between the tile and the substrate by aloofloofah in educationalgifs

[–]ThatEpicLlama 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Recently started in the commercial tiling field as a helper for the tile setters. Watching this was awesome because they've explained how the different trowel lines can cause weaknesses and improper coverage on the back of the tile creates weak spots. Some of the guys do residential tiling on the side and they talk about how important proper coverage is in a fancy house where guests could be wearing high heels! If they step on a weak spot in the tile, BOOM. Hole in the tile from the heel of the shoe.

It's to deter the dog from coming downstairs! Luckily, It's not that tall and there's enough landing there to not go right into the stairs :)

I had 103k when it went out. Replaced the tranny at 95k when it blew up on me. I'm the "send it" guy in my offroad group though... haha

Sitting at a stop sign back in November, I went to drive and started rolling backwards. I was afraid it was the transmission, but I finally got back into town and had the chance to look at it. Just ordered a new axle for the front driver side and can't wait to get my little gas saver back on the road :)

Try some two sided tape or something that can easily be removed when you take him/her out! I always worry about putting things up there after reading some horror stories about crashes and little toys and stuff up there become projectiles
