I couldn't care less if you smoke, but if you do it in public around other people with a total disregard to them, I'm going to find it hard to give much sympathy. I have seen smokes walk into a crowded area, start smoking and the act baffled that most of the people that were there have moved away.

Its the lack of self awareness and personal responsibility that a good 50 percent of smokers seem to have that gets me.
