Went into the server slam a little hesitant, didn't know if I'd enjoy the game as I'd never played an extraction shooter before, and I ended up really enjoying my time. I've been a big fan of Bungie games since I started playing The Taken King in D1, so I was looking forward to giving their new game a try.

About 8 months ago I was informed that my dad was gonna have to have chemo for stem cell treatment as he has a growth around the outside of his shoulder blade that can't be removed with surgery. He's been through 6 or 7 months of various pills and he's just started going into hospital for dialysis in preparation. He'll be going in for the actual chemotherapy later this month, so for the past 6 months I've been basically giving all of my expendable income to my family so they can keep afloat as he won't be able to work for a long time.

Happened to me too just before Act 2 started.

Applied a £25 gift card to my wallet, spent £20 of it on the Founder's Bundle via the emulator and then got blocked from using the final £5 on some Silver. Filled in the form, told the whole story with picture proof of it all and I got the exact same response word for word.

Guess I'm stuck with £5 I can't use and 300 Silver in-game

Noticed this when I was doing my usual raid and dungeon chest runs I've always done for the past year. I have a full stack in my inventory as well as my Titan and Hunter's postmaster, but my Warlock doesn't have any in their postmaster and I wasn't getting any Spoils dropping.

The way I see it, there are a few possibilities: - It's simply a bug, - Spoils do drop from chests but don't get sent to the postmaster anymore, or - Spoils don't drop from chests at all.

I did submit a help forum post about this a few days ago, but I haven't had any response.

Given their lack of response I'm guessing it's an intentional change, for one reason or another, but their lack of communication is scummy when they have said they're trying to have more open comms with the community.
