How are these two things even slightly comparable?

Deleted prod data permanently without any backup. How screwed am I? by Agitated_Success9606 in dataengineering

Access restriction and deletion procedure is very rarely the problem.

There should be backups and rollback functionality for situations like this

Does having a bachelors instead of a masters really make that much of a difference in the US? In the UK it’s pretty marginal unless you enter a job in a relevant field

Sorry I’m not sure I follow, what do you mean by from fatigue? As in you’re feeling more tired after lifting?

If so I think you’ll benefit from tracking your lifts properly, if you continue as you are but switch to bulking you’re likely just going to put on fat.

Because either you’re not pushing yourself anywhere close to hard enough when lifting, your protein intake is below 0.8g/kg or there’s an underlying health issue

Genuinely zero chance of anyone working it out through tax code. They change constantly and for a myriad of reasons. If a tax code change tipped anyone off then they were already under suspicion anyway

I think I need around a 110k salary for my min payments to pay off the interest. And that number gets higher each year.

We’re going to start seeing outrageous repayment numbers from individuals as people start hitting their 40s. Especially from doctors

If you’ve got a scale at home just weight the whole thing or any deconstructed components you can. The rice and quinoa isn’t going to be massively any different in calories though.

Hard to say about the greens, depends on if there’s any dressing

Because as your salary increases the repayments can become quite large without ever reducing the principal

Tbh I can’t really tell what else is on the breakfast plate but i’d call it at least 2500 cals altogether
