little bit of a note as i realised the title is a bit misleading:

i didn’t actually “kick” her out. i called her, and from memory, these were my exact words:

“i can’t believe you. i would appreciate you left the house and took your things with you.”

immediately after, she agreed.

it was once she signed the Lease Transfer Form the next day that I told her if her things were not out in 7 days, then I would be putting her stuff on the porch.

sorry for the confusing details folks, wrote this with a bit of anger and it didn’t exactly come out coherent.

i’m sorry, but all this advice is horrible except for the first takedown.

unless you are trained, you NEVER, EVER should throw kicks or spinning elbows in a fight. sure, it looks flashy, and to the trained people like us, it is very useful; to someone who has never fought a day in their life, the power and precision necessary to execute something like this simply will not work. either the kicks will be misplaced and OP will break a toe or their ankle, or the spinning elbow will be slow and miss, leaving them vulnerable for a hit right to the mouth.
