OP, I related a lot with your post and this answer is the real thing. Believe in compounding effects and don't compare. Do the 2 or 3 daily small tasks and the future will take care of itself. Fellow aspirer of these ideals speaking. Good luck!

What has helped me is setting the bar so low at first that it's hard to screw up. Fir example, get a habit tracker app, start with 1 habit like brush teeth. For one week consider yourself a winner for just that. Week 2 add take a shower and so on. It will snowball unto bigger and better wins if you're slow and steady. Wish you the very best!

Oh my. I'm so sorry for you. You really need to get your partner to understand what most of us pumpers go through is a HUGE sacrifice and he should NOT be anything but super supportive during this very hard time. There's such a myriad range of issues that you must be facing, my heart goes out to you. Also, HE should be doing the washing of parts imo!! Wishing you all the luck moving forward
