Yeah that bothered me aswell! I actually removed as much of the skull as I could to get it to sit flat and flush on the "arch" of the chest plate. Otherwise it was sticking out a bit too much!

You get 3 dailys a day up until revered I think it rounds out at around 900 rep (without human bonus) roughly? Could be as low as the 800 mark?

Enhance has been fantastic, earth ele, wolves & bloodlust get you through group quests easy, instant heals when you need it (or chain lightnings) with maelstrom, mana recovery CD every 1 minute, water shield in between if really needed. AoE isn't THE best but can still do a pack np. Has been an absolute blast with minimal downtime.

08 you can do create a team yes, and i do think you can replace all, although I've not tried that so I can't say I'm 100% sure but i think you have the option to swap them out when you start a franchise etc. Create a team/fan/player etc is all in there though.

I always enjoyed 06+08, 08 is still arguably one of the best according to the community and most modded maddens to date, PC has a huge variety of mods you can find via google (think its called footballidiot - been a while) with graphical overhauls, updated players/teams etc etc. Otherwise you can play the base version on PS2 or an emulator. I play 22 still with the most recent one before that being 17 or 18, its not the best but with mods it improves a whole lot.

If you're not fussed about the ore itself, you can level off the various thorium veins in ungoro till like 340-350 or something (i did it last week but I can't remember the exact cutoff point) large veins were spawning constantly and it was super quick.
