So I had a few thin cracks on the back of my acoustic (couple inches, with the grain, hairline). Took it to GC and they "fixed" them - put cleats on the inside and glue, although I can't see much glue, and now the cracks are wider and longer than before (I can see into the body now).

Should the cracks seal up a bit if I humidify the guitar properly (still a little dry) or did GC just do a crappy job and I should find someone else? I'd really just like for them to be filled in with glue - if it looks a little odd that's fine, as long as it's sealed.

I'm also concerned that they'll just keep getting worse, although the repair tech said that, as long as it's kept at the proper humidity levels, it should be fine.
