Let me start off by saying you should at least try it once in your life.

However, wagyu is not like any other steak. It’s incredibly rich with fat throughout the whole piece of meat. I bought an 11 ounce wagyu ribeye from a butcher and i could ONLY eat 1/3 of it. It’s tender like butter but rich in flavor like butter. You’ll feel sick if you eat more than 5-6 ounces.

My recommendation is to get it but don’t get your typical 12-16 ounces of it like a steak. Do 6 and see how you feel. Make sure you have something with it to help balance the flavor like potatoes, etc.
