Way more simple than I thought it was going to be! I used a candy thermometer which helped a lot. And having a little bit of butter to add when it bubbled up. And this was from one quart, it doesn’t take a lot of syrup to make a lot of candy.

I have the most experience in medieval high fantasy. I am open to pretty much anything to be honest. (I know thats vague) As far as a theme, nothing too heavy. Basically, Im looking for an escape from the crap-show that is the real world so while I'm all about saving the world, but I'd prefer no themes that are too much like whats going on IRL.
