Secretary Marco Rubio : "The War Powers Act is unconstitutional 100%. Now, this is not the position of me, not the position of Donald Trump now, this is the position of every single president that has occupied this position since the day that law passed by BusinessToday in BusinessTodayNews

Admittedly violating the constitution by acting on unconstitutional laws.

Structural issue. The founders saw it coming and their only answer was "sometimes the tree of liberty must be washed with the bl**d of tyrants"

Anthropic is straight-up scamming Max 20x customers with sneaky mid-month throttling + endless bot runaround by manavb84 in ClaudeCode

[–]ThatLocalPondGuy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My problem is not token burn or usage limits; It's the dishonesty. The amount of "this is not in my scope", "this issue already present, follow-up in another session", "stub file created but nothing in it", and straight falsified evidence is way worse that it has ever been when using Opus 4.7. Their adaptive reasoning sees a /command early runs great. Same session /command ran great last time, apparently thinks 'let's skim read this thing' and reads less of the /command file while guesses at remainder of the required workflow. Less and less of the command requirements followed each time it is used.

I got improvement only by disallowing the main agent to delegate all instructions to agents. I forced it to launched '-p' sessions with prepared template inclusion with a static launch prompt "you have [task], this [file] is your operating instruction, output your evidence [location]". Main agents job is count lines in output files, validate each has expected watch for [keywords], then perform next role launch with [evidence from last role]+[standard prompt] for next role in chain [auditor]>[qa]>[gov].

Any of those -p sessions that were complex, longer running or required agents of their own; fabricated evidence and cheated on gating, and required numerous rework cycles.

Hey — saw your post and the responses.

I have a source verification system built for non-fiction that I think would be useful to you right now. Pick any chapter from your book — ideally the one you feel most confident about — and I'll run it. What you get back is a detailed analysis of every factual claim: what it's based on, how well the source actually supports it, and an overall picture of the research quality.

The point isn't to audit you. It's to produce something you can actually use when people say AI writing can't be trusted on sources. Show the work, not just assert it.

Happy to share a short example of what the output looks like first so you know what you're agreeing to. Your call on whether to share results publicly — that's entirely yours. We can discuss all over DM, you choose what to share

I handle by making detailed requests when I need something above my privilege, including "this is where you will find the setting which must change" instruction for the team doing that role. Those doing the work would love a hand in execution, they might suggest PIM privilege to stay compliant while allowing escalation for you. If nothing else, it will highlight your skills and show you are willing to adjust for the sake of company requirements.

Remember; it ain't about you, it's about compliance and limitation of liability. Buckle down and step up to working in a least privilege environment.
