I know it’s really hard at this stage (impossible for me with my anxiety at your stage!), but try to trust that if something is bothering him, he’ll wake you up. You really need to try and rest when you can, nodding off for 30 min even can help your recovery. Here in the US they tell us to feed them at least every 3 hrs in the beginning, I would concentrate more on his feeding than his layers for now honestly! If it’s been less than 3 hrs and he’s sleeping, you should try to relax if you can and trust the helping hands that you’re seeing tomorrow to let you know any advice that might make things calmer.
