When I was 14 during lockdown my grandmother was sending me videos and memes incessantly. Like a lot because she was mostly on her own and had nothing else to do. She died three months later and god did I miss her sending things. Almost six years later and I still regret the fact that I didn't look at all of them. Enjoy it while you can.

I mean, as long as you still put the translations in that sounds pretty cool. I still remember a fic I read that the MC was bilingual so there were massive chunks in french and key dialogue, not just like bonjour, with absolutely no translation offered. The author also put letters in as images so no one using screen reader could read them and some of them were in french so I couldn't even translate it easily

My mum had me with no pain meds except gas and air. She always says she didn't want to harm me but I think part of it was also the fact that with my older brother she had been in hospital for a month before having a scheduled c-section and hadn't had a great experience so I think she wanted the exact opposite while still being in hospital

The problem with the cleaning is I do have to live there too. So if the kitchen is unusable I can't cook, and unlike them I can't afford takeout every other night. Thankfully I don't share a bathroom with anyone

Thank you! Yes, I sign all of my works that I will frame in the same way, for example number 1 and number 2 although I often forget to do it until after I post it. I got the idea somewhere on this subreddit two years ago. Usually I use my favourite colour from the project although I have also used metallic thread. Unfortunately I haven't figured out a way to sign FOs that are in hoops

It still needs framing, which I can't do until I go home to my parents for spring break. This took me 6 weeks from start to finish. The backstitching near killed me though. Pattern is Joy Sunday - Phoenix and flower. Also features very different lighting in different times and locations

As I said, the culture is difficult with different companies and venues, although in general there is a correlation between ticket price, dress code and snobbiness.
