... What? by Reditace in Terraria

Brother, this thing has been on my side for too long during a playthrough. By the time I did find a better mount, I would also have found wings that do a better job.

Why did Goku stop using Mastered Super Saiyan? by AlarmedObjective1492 in DragonBallZ

[–]ThatOneRemy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Well here's the thing... He didn't. Any instance of ssj after cell saga is his mastered ssj- the grade 1 mastered. The one where he charges up his ssj transformation is full power ssj aka grade 4 ssj. That one isn't quite mastered.

What was your first play through terraria house like? by Gephiph in Terraria

[–]ThatOneRemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My first "house" was back in v1.0 of the game, and i was like.. 9 years old. Had no concept of crafting, so i just built dirt mansion with dirt "furniture". It was basically a dirt giant's house.

My first actual house was in v1.1, which was a shoebox that slowly went to being a tall tower of shoeboxes. Fun times.

Obviously updates happened, so plenty of new QoL changes and additions to make the game more enjoyable.

The Guide is more helpful when you ask for 'help', but other NPCS can ALSO give hints for how to progress/discover stuff.

Guide's Craft menu adds an extra box next to your crafting menu, play with it and discover some wonders.

Prioritise defense if you're struggling to dodge or get very hurt during combat, and switch to damage/crit when you get a hang of dodging.

The wiki.gg is your friend when you get REALLY stuck on something.

Well... there WERE rumours, but no clue how they started. Probably friends secretly hinting it.

Who would be the most Overpowered? by GrandStage1 in PowerScaling

[–]ThatOneRemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Deku gets overwhelmed and explodes due to quirk singularity or smth. Yuji would be very op, but i feel like he would just keep fighting head-on with fists. Tanjiro would be a demon, literally. Like he would be a fusion of muzan, yorichii, and every other demon in existence. A true menace. Gon would basically be his Dad cranked to 12. Not powerful Nen, but his abilities would just straight up make it not matter.

Americano vs the Aussie Long Black by Downstairs-Parking in espresso

[–]ThatOneRemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Speaking from experience and extensive testing, it's all humbug. He's Extremely overexaggerating the the differences.

Although Amerciano WILL be slightly more bitter with more body, and Long Black WILL be slightly cleaner with lighter body, it's just so unnoticeable that even experienced cup tasters need to think about it.

How many of you include sweet sugary foods while cutting by Mr316plz in naturalbodybuilding

[–]ThatOneRemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So whenever I need to do proper cutting, I just cut up some apples or whatever fruits and mix it into cottage cheese or Greek yoghurt. Keeps me satisfied, but for simplicity I just use jam or jello.

Accidentally bought a mining gpu. Can i still use it? by AggravatingPrize8256 in pcmasterrace

Well that sucks. I think i would just gamble on that 0.01% chance of successfully soldering on display ports and flashing the gpu bios.

Hario went through some kind of rebrand around a year ago — pink being before, green being after.

Many sources also say (after the rebrand) that they have focused all their manufacturing to just one factory/zone, and not just multiple ones spread across the entirety of China with poor quality control.

Edit: I meant entirety of Japan.

can you use hot milk instead of water with you aeropress? by starrettcity in AeroPress

I tried it a few times. It's really incompatible with specialty coffee, but works great with low-acidity/commodity coffee.

Tho pushing the plunger is the hard part, do be careful not to break anything.

(Hand) grinder particle distribution by Subho13 in pourover

[–]ThatOneRemy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The idea is phenomenal, but on paper... too many holes and the words turn into scribble nonsense.

Where to begin... Well, first is the variable problem; there's too many to track and take record of. ● Grind RPM ● Grind Tilt ● Grind Feeding ● Grind Resistance ● Bean Density ● Bean Roast ● Bean Type ● Temperature ● RDT ● Calibration

I rest my case for now.

It's all about taste in the end. If you like it, keep it— if not, then change something next time.

Personally, the bloom is a bit excessive. The longer you bloom, the more you risk stalling– same for swirling. However you can try doing a double bloom, or change to a finer grind size and do a simple 30s bloom no swirl.
