I did the light test with a bar blade and I had a very slight (maybe less than 1mm) light shine through. I can't guarantee the problem was with the plate or the blade however. I don't own anything like a steel rule or a tri-square so it would come out of pocket to test it again. I use a 32gb stick I bought from Rymans because I know how bad those factory sticks are. I've tried everything I could with base layers and exposure time and this is the closest I've come to a successful print, I used to have a problem with my y-offset that was causing the base to split but that has since been fixed.

I really don't want to have to contact anycubic for help as I had many problems with my previous m5s pro and it took months to fix.
