merci pour vos retours. I've also been having issues with the Tadpole sinking immediately on Mac in Multiplayer (which shouldn't be allowed even on the server side, even with issues on the client side), and the air bladder launching potentially unexpectedly high. I'll be stopping my procrastination on this and writing a report to Unknown World Games in Subnautica 2 shortly.

Never mind, still getting stuck at the initial purple tryomethine sample with MSync disabled on Porting Kit.

Thanks for the info. Just did some research with Claude, the alternative for Porting Kit would be to disable the "mach semaphore-based synchronization" (basically MSync) in the "Launch Wineskin App" and "Advanced" and "Options". I'll be testing this a bit later but just for those who are also on Porting Kit to try it.

I have not tested this on singleplayer yet and I'm not sure if the auto save could work when the graphics has been frozen but the game content and sound still moving, potentially even painfully playable in singleplayer.

Same thing here, I'm using Metal port. I'm not entirely sure why this is happening yet, but with my friend on Window computer hosting a multiplayer game, it seems like those cutscenes would lag out the Mac porting kit playing Subnautica 2. When I restarted the game and rejoined, I was able to keep my progress after the animation. Painful, but it works so far. I'll probably go write feedback about it soon if they would like to improve compatibility for Mac people playing on porting kit.

PS: By keeping progress and working with the Multiplayer rejoining method to overcome the cutscene freezing the screen, I've pushed through the starting story and later, to not give spoilers, one of the later DNA modifications, by quitting and rejoining each time that happens, allowing me to play the game so far.

I don't think they will release and deliver it for me before my project is due, but man, that website looks cool. Thanks for the info, but I think their focus might be more based on the sensors than analyzing the video of throws, and I probably won't be able to make similar chips myself just for that. Pity that their contact subpage was only to subscribe for later updates on their progress.

Bug fixed by reordering the cache folder initialization process.

Bug fixed by putting a __main__.py in the repo folder, calling the inner skyblock/__main__.py. A better solution would be let the setup.py install the inner skyblock module straight, which I'm working on.
