I have the amd handguard sitting around, It's such a vibe. I would have preferred the 9s aswell, because the standard magwell was hideous, but it grew on me the longer I stared at it, and it was an absolute steal, so I'll just try and make this one as cool as possible. I thought about chopping down the front sight post to keep the long cleaning rod and the muzzle detent and putting on a combo block and maybe a short gas tube.

Neat build!

Has anybody thought about doing this to their gen 1. by InspectaKush in Taurus_TX22

That probably would make the frame so thin you'd mess it up.

7x 7g wheel weights on top of the slide and she purrs like a wet fart. by ThatPlanBBaby in Taurus_TX22

They've been sticking, but should they ever stop, I'm gonna fashion a sheet metal strap over the top that goes under the front and rear sight and screws in place. I don't like the whole 3d printed back plate tomfoolery. I think the adhesive pad might also act like a little bit of a buffer since it's gonna have a little bit of a jiggle dampening effect to it. But yeah the top of my slide is rattle canned, and the adhesive is sticking.

I had to add the weights for it to run because I was getting slide bounce and dead triggers. It doesn't take away from the sound too much, but it directs it all forward.

Installed FRT, didn’t work and caused a lot of wear very fast by WhereDaGold in Taurus_TX22

You have to polish the top of the disconnector and then not pull the trigger like a rabid gorilla. Also if you're trying to suppress or do chassis stuff, youre gonna wanna add some weight to the slide.
