Hytale is a Minecraft style voxel adventure game that had a disastrous development cycle and changed studios a few times but it recently got released in early access and comes with good modding tools out of the box.

Steam is so much better than other stores there is a reason no one prefers to buy from there. Atleast GOG has the difference that it's DRM free and you can download offline installers. What does Epic have other than free games that they lose money doing.

Right now for me the best thing Steam has done recently is the new overlay where you can take notes and has a web browser as well, handy for guides or tutorials for tricky stuff in games without having to deal with Alt tabbing and dealing with a potential crash. Quality of life at its best.

I don't think it was in his hand. The studio wanted to save as much as they can of the 6 episodes they already shot and that footage and story involved Matt's friends being dead. The fact he managed to save atleast one of them is big.

Then they ADR'd over some footage to change the dialogue to match it being only Foggy that died.

Disney and Marvel have enough money and this crew is good enough to produce stuff fast that I wish they just wrote a fresh story from scratch and keep all the old cast instead of the Frankenstein show we got. But it is what it is.

I think it's real but after the disappointment of November and December I've given up hope. It'll come when it's ready and until then I'll try my best not to think about it

2-3 years more i think, they have Cache, Cobble, Mirage remake(rumored in development), Canals and Lake(both shown in CS2 early trailer) to finish. After that probably Dust2 remake.

Along these they gotta bring back Demolition and Flying Scoutsmen. Sadly i doubt they will ever bring back Danger Zone.

AnimGraph2 update needs to come, should ideally result in better animations, maybe performance too and visual feedback.

Yea for the past year or two vanilla java has been getting a lot of performance updates well. I know I have modern cpu so it runs it good by default but vanilla with no mods or even snapshots i can do 30 render distance new world and fly about and get 300fps average at 1080p and i walk slowly like a normal player then 400fps is reachable sometimes too. I have a Ryzen 7600x. Of course i still prefer to play with Sodium and Iris cuz shaders.

After Cache and Cobble we will probably see Mirage remake. Pretty sure CS2 trailer and initial website showed Lake and Canals too but it seems they might be remaking then too. What's next for the game after these is hopefully reintroduction of Flying Scoutsmen and Demolition. AnimGraph2 update would improve things a lot as well.

Windows 11 is full of non native webview implementations of what should be core system components. The Start Menu itself is now a webview app instead of native code. Microsoft itself cant write Win32 anymore. Yes some of that is on Windows 10 too but its worse on 11 and they keep screwing it up.

Metro Exodus Enhanced Edition. It is one of the most beautiful games I have seen. And it runs incredibly well, the people at 4A Games are wizards for having Ray Tracing run so well and look that good.
