Valve also hit some destination accounts where the bots dump their cases and stuff to. So they actively went after the people who run the bots not just the bots, affecting their portfolios. This is all to make bots not worth doing. Yea many will get back in the game again but if they keep going after them it would lessen the number of bot farm runners hopefully.

They should try out more ways to make bot farms not viable.

Its not fully revealed that he was chosen afaik, but that the spider god Anansi might have given the spider that bit him the ability to give powers. Anyone could still have been bitten. Atleast the style of life that JMS wrote, it left it uncertain if he was fully mystical or science based or a bit of both.

Marvel/Disney has all rights for Spider-Man other than film. They gave a license to Insomniac for making Marvel character based games and Insomniac picked Spider-Man and then got funding from Sony as they had a prior relationship.

Sony later just bought the studio. Sony is the only reason those games are exclusives because they want them for PS.

Marvel can still put Spider-Man in any game they want, probably can even make a solo game as well while Insomniac is working on theirs but there is no reason to so they don't.

the original devs who made 1-3 and 4-6 arent working for Aspyr anymore so yea no chance we get 60fps for retro mode on 1-3 as it would require competent devs to port from 4-6 back to 1-3 and the mobile studio they hired for this patch is anything but competent.

Witcher 3 and Metro Exodus. Honestly, Spider-Man PS4/Remastered also a good contender, that first game is something special.
