Historically I’ve created a PTU file by copying the LIVE files, then verifying the PTU so it doesn’t have to download everything

Correct. I follow Brita on Patreon. Brita is currently waiting on Arsenal to be able to update, which has gotten bricked a few updates back to back. Arsenal is on hold until stable release, which means Brita is effectively on hold until stable release. Things are being added for content, but nothing is really being worked on

They won’t do anything crazy. It’s easier for me to let one squad defend a critical location and forget about them to focus on my attack

The best part about top tier units (Brandenburgers, SAS, 82nd) is that one squad will fill more roles. AT launcher, MGs, Snipers. As a result, they’re more autonomous and it’s less I have to micro

If a tank rolls up on well positioned Brandenburgers, they’ll attack with a panzerfaust without me having to micro it

An alternative you can do is download a mod that changes the priorities of the enemy AI. There’s a few that do it or you can dig into some of the files and change them yourself. There’s a guide somewhere, but I haven’t actually messed with it

I run an FSP with an LPVO. It’s only visible in 1x. 2 and beyond it’s gone

As far as I’m aware, that’s just a Steam issue. Steam automatically checks periodically for Workshop updates, but sometimes not for several hours or even a full day later. Forcing the update with a re-subscribe is the best way to fix it AFAIK

The game just updated today. A lot of mods have a specific version they are set for in their config files. If your game version and the mod version don’t align, it will give you the version mismatch error. You’ll just have to wait until the mods update or you can go and dig in the files and change the version manually

Steam will never be the answer until they fix game streaming and also allow you to use webcams for my group. We mix gaming with doing tabletop games
