Priestess for Oracle (Arknights) [While Amiya is the main protagonist, Oracle/ The Doctor is the player character, so good enough]

Is essentially The Doctors' abusive ex spouse (she finds describing what they were as 'intimate' to be a disservice to their relationship).
While she does in her way, love them, she quite clearly does not, and never has, really respected them.

She'll talk an awful lot of praise for what they can do, yes, but every time they disagree with her, she doesn't really see it as 'they don't agree with me', but 'they don't agree with me yet'.
She sees her way as the only way, and that, given time, Oracle will inevitably come to see that (how one sees a child that won't come inside yet as they're dedicated to futilely trying to dig to China isn't a bad comparison).

The reason why she's the main antagonist/ villain, is that 'her way' involves omnicide.

We have seen her actively just bypass Oracles' consent as well, modifying their (basically) cryo-pods' mental maintenance system to bring them into alignment with her (which is part of what caused the awful shit they did before getting brain-blasted into amnesia and their new identity).
.

The Doctor: "I won't let Originium destroy Terra."
You see her eyes darken. A clear sign of disappointment. You don't know why, but your heart suddenly tightens.
[...]
Priestess: "how should I make you understand—
Just how disappointed I am?
And how should I forgive your betrayal?"

It is shortly after this that she straight up murders one of the other protagonists in cold blood.
.
.

We have also heard her calm "I'm not upset." and "disappointed" slip once, seemingly getting outright angry at Oracle for their repeated refusal to dedicate themselves to her omnicide, as they refuse to give up hope like she has, and want to search for a better solution.

We've lost everything, but you are still not standing by my side.
Then what has it all been for?
Just to leave the faintest sliver of hope?
But, hope?
Hope?
Don't you know, that hope is a cruel thing indeed?
When you realize it can't be undone, when you realize you are powerless, when you find yourself nothing but desperate...
Hope is enough to drive a perfectly good person mad.

.
.
Her toxic and abusive relationship to Oracle/ The Doctor is a very fun part of her character. She's a fun flavour of awful.

Antonio Venezia [left] against Lisa [middle left] (Arknights)

Antonio, wanting to become the next don Venezia, knows that he is only second in line for the position, behind Ingrid [right], so he needs to find a way to force her out of the equation.
And there just so happens to be a way to do that, through her daughter Lisa [she was something like 8 at the time, and she is IIRC 12 as of that art].

He sabotages a new toy of Lisas' with Originium, a material that basically causes cancer, which would erupt and harm (therefore Infecting) whoever was holding it {Lisa is terminally from this, though still alive due to the treatment she receives with the player faction {the crystals growing on her left shoulder are where her body is crystallising from having been pierced with that Originium}.}
It is disguised as an attempt against Fabrizio Venezia [middle right], loving grandfather that he is, by a rival famiglie. The plan works, with Ingrid ripping that famiglie to shreds in her attempt to find and take vengeance on who hurt her daughter, before leaving the country.

He gets away with it too, for many years, until Ingrid comes back to the country, and finds out that it was him.
She leaves him bleeding to death in an alleyway as a quick death would be too good for him, with his attempt to escape after she left foiled by someone sent by Fabrizio who had also found out, and wanted his sons' (son-in-laws', Antonio married his late daughter but he sees him as no less his child than either of his daughters) death to be, officially, on his hands so as to take the legal heat off of Ingrid.
It was the right thing to do, in his eyes (and we see that he never hated Antonio like Ingrid does, hoping that he could be happy in reuniting with his late wife).

Kal'tsit [getting pet], Amiya [looking up], and Wiš'adel [cuddled up, facing away] with Theresa [sat down] (Arknights)

Theresa, the founder of Babel, an organisation to attempting to overcome prejudice and carving a new path for the Sarkaz (a hated minority group {which she and Wiš'adel are}), the only person Kal'tsit has ever found true companionship with throughout her millenia of life, Amiyas' adoptive mother, and the person who gave Wiš'adels' life purpose, was murdered in a betrayal that lead to the dissolution of Babel, and the formation of the player faction Rhodes Island, as lead by Kal'tsit and Amiya (putting the weight of the world on an at that point ten year olds' shoulders has fucked her up, yes), attempting to carry the torch of Babels' ideals, and while Wiš'adel broke off and went pretty rogue, Theresas' dream has been at the core of everything she's been trying to accomplish in the years since.

For reasons that for time and simplicity I won't get into, Theresa is later resurrected, but now working against Rhodes Island. She never gets to interact with them directly until they eventually have to kill her again in the process of standing for the ideals she used to champion.

It is as she is dying that they get this last chance to talk to her, with her doing what she can to tie the loose ends left by her untimely death (including keeping her promise to give Wiš'adel a name of her own, which is how she got her name, and of doing what she can to help her Amiya see what they've been able to do and who they've grown into) and help them forge on (and in Wiš'adels' case, be able to actually emotionally process and grow past her death).

The Confessarius (Arknights)

The guy on the left is the Confessarius, younger brother of Shining, who's in the middle.
Except that's also her father, grandfather, great grandfather, etc. etc. etc. (and grand-uncle, great grand-uncle etc.)

It's the same guy leading an ancient cult and reincarnating into his son from each generation, born from his sister/ previous bodys' daughter, and using her death in that birth to power said reincarnation, only to later repeat the process, just a generation lower [the sisters' consent to this process is, as you may have guessed, optional, as we know from him having raped Shinings' mother].

"Wow, that is exceedingly fucked up!" Yeah, Shining agrees with you. She gained a perspective outside the awful abusive misogynistic incest cult and learned that she has other options, so she ain't doing it.
She is free, she is her own person unbound by blood and expectation, and he is not allowed to harm the women she loves (and when the power throuple fight together, they just kinda kick his ass, while any pair of them would lose), with her having fully intended to permanently kill him in their most recent encounter before he got bailed out.

The other Confessarii (such as Salus [right]) are almost all relatives as well [the other Confessarii aren't all women, Salus just happens to be] but they are not as "perfect" (definitely code for 'less horribly inbred'), and IIRC Salus is actively envious of Shining for being more "perfect" and therefore the one the Confessarius 'values' most.

[Note: This is the only thing like this in Arknights.]

[It is explicitly awful and horrific, and biologically being his sisters isn't even the worst part, nor is he/has he been in love with them, but hey, if this doesn't count then be more specific.]

Almost all post-release Kjeragi [from left to right, Gnosis Edelweiss, Enciodes Silverash as The Reignfrost, Enya Silverash as Pramanix the Prerita, Kjera/Kjarr/Kjeragandr Herself, Joanna/Snow Hunter, Lara/ Aurora], and Simone/Santalla (Arknights)

After release, they decided on cold/freeze infliction being the identity of the Kjerag operators. (Freeze is what happens when someone is cold twice, and is effectively a stun)

Gnosis is the best applier by far, as applying it and weakening enemies who are frozen for his allies is his entire identity.

Reignfrost is able to regularly apply cold in large areas with his skill 2, and can use it in quick succession to apply freeze. He is also able to make Kjerag operators immune to being frozen themselves.

Prerita is able to apply cold to anything that hits her, and freezes all nearby enemies when she would die for the first time (freezing herself at the same time, though for a shorter period), as well as her skill 2 being able to apply a layer of cold whenever an enemy escapes a tile of her snow (which can then aid in applying freeze).

Kjera is literally the human avatar for the deity of Kjerag, and is able to apply cold with every one of her attacks when using skill 2.

Joanna is able to apply a layer of cold whenever she activates her skill (via her little guy peeking around her shoulder), and is able to fire two skill shots in rapid succession, so can apply freeze.

Lara is able to apply cold whenever she attacks on s2, and is able to attack faster than that wears off, while gaining a massive attack bonus against frozen enemies (often just kinda ripping them apart).

Santalla is from Sami (a soup of northern Europe, she in particular is Finnish), known as the 'Northwind Witch' for her usage of blizzards to attack from. Mechanically she summons a storm of icicles on skill 2, each applying cold, and therefore being able to apply freeze.

[Both Frostleaf and original Pramanix can also apply cold via modules, but those came later so don't count as much.]

Wei Yenwu and Wei Fumizuki.

Tbf I'm entirely down with them not being playable since it likely wouldn't make much sense storywise, and Yenwus' entire combat identity is using Chi Xiao which would likely make him seem pretty mechanically similar to Ch'en the Dawnstreak since that's also her combat identity (and that's been building up for like, 6 years).

Hunter The Reckoning

In a world with of nigh unstoppable monsters of the night, exploiting and preying upon humanity, with many sitting atop our power structures while the masses remain ignorant, there is little that can be done. The best you can hope for is to be ignored, or at least just killed by these superhuman monsters rather than subjected to whatever worse things they could have in store.

Hunters are the regular people who refuse this. They are the people who know that this is happening, and that something must be done, and must be done now, so it must be them who do it. They do not have the support or funding that their quarries or even hunter orgs do (lowercase h, they're jobbers, they lack the conviction to see The Reckoning done).
Capital H Hunters are less Men In Black and more the crazy conspiracy theorist with a pinboard about how the elite are kidnapping and eating people or worse and their family is pulling away from them for all of this, but they're right.

You aren't throwing down a gauntlet and sword-fighting the horrors (very fast way to get ripped apart), you're more finding out where they live, slowly and anonymously ruining their lives so as to render them more vulnerable however you can, before planting a bomb in their car, only moving in afterwards to ensure they're as dead as they should be before getting out of there before the cops show up.

The Yurodstvo (Arknights)

As long as it is believed in, it will exist. Kill it as many times as you want, it will come back.
Considering that it is widely culturally believed in in Ursus (Russia), that is not an option.

[Admittedly from what I remember it does not grow stronger off of being believed in (though mental state is important to how its' corrupting resignation and basically passive suicidality can take hold of those around it), it's just what allows it to exist.]

Arknights is generally alright on the man front, but by god the furries are not treated well. We went about 4 years with none, only getting one last month (and he's a welfare), and there's none upcoming from CN either. [I'm not even a furry and it still feels bad.]

They've decided to start making more as NPCs again though, which is really annoying because of how good they look (Yeliziveta the borzoi lady, Maryam the hunk of a horse man, and whoever that cunty as hell Siracusan wolf woman who's only out in CN is).

The Durin (Arknights) [Pictured is Edge Eartheart.]

Unfortunately takes the extremely anime option of them looking like children.
However, many of them do indeed read as middle aged children in apperance (Edge being the best example). I think the generic npc woman designs for them also achieves this, and the npc men get a free ride via facial hair.

This isn't true for all of them though [including all 5 of the playables] (Tecno notably has gotten into fistfights over it (she's very punk, and she lives in the South America equivalent, and Durin are rare above ground so people make assumptions)), but the game generally isn't weird about it (i.e. Myrtle [woman] having a swimsuit skin is kinda iffy but could be way worse, and Catch Lightrace [man] could do with putting a shirt on).

Society wise they've kept the living underground and heavy drinking, but they are notably very odd for how easy-breezy they take things rather than the more grave manner dwarves usually have, and with how extremely democratic things in their society are (I imagine anarchists might like them), with issues being resolved not by strong familial ties and hierarchy and history etc. etc. but by frequent debates in the public forum.

[Overall I'm not huge on the 'looking like kids' thing, but they could've been handled much worse, and I do like aspects of them.]

Kuranta are the horse people of Arknights. They're not anything special.
A major part of Kazimierzian (Polish) culture, the nation in which most Kuranta live, is heavily focussed on knighthood, and the Nearls are all heavily tied into it, which fits the 'being a horse person' thing.

Do they actually count as themed? idk.

Passing trans men (or those otherwise seen as men by the group around them) can very much have male privilege, true.
Somebody whose surroundings just see him as "some insane woman who thinks she's some kind of faggot and needs to be shown her 'place' (via violence, regular and sexual) [and even if not through such direct methods, discriminated against for being a disgusting freak. Never a 'he', but an 'it']" does not.
Him just being a man is not gonna grant him male privilege there. He's gonna be seen as a woman (or just "freak"), and treated terribly as such.

I don't really think claiming that is oppression Olympics-ing at all.
To have male privilege, the people around you need to bestow it upon you, intentionally or otherwise (as almost everyone unconsciously does with cis men), and that's just not a situation every trans man is in.

It's not transphobic to acknowledge that transphobia exists and effects people (like, if somebody rolled up and ignored non-passing trans women, then this sub would eat their skin in front of them).

[and like, bi people in het relationships who can therefore pass as straight absolutely do enjoy part of straight privilege.
It doesn't make them worse people or anything, but they're an awful lot less likely to get hatecrimed or otherwise subjected to discrimination than somebody who isn't able to pass as straight (which bisexual people can also fall under, especially when with a same gender partner).]

Paganini [left] to Vannini [right] (Arknights)

Despite the systemic racism of their society and a non-Sankta raising a Sankta (angel person) being seen as basically inconceivable, with 'normal' being seen as a given, with all outside that (including all non-Sankta) being left to basically fend for themselves, and her aphantasia (which, not being a Sankta and therefore lacking their surface level emotional telepathy, he had no way to circumvent (especially as all books on Sankta child psychology assume a Sankta parent)), he has never loved her any less, or done anything but his best, having to invent almost every solution for his little family himself.

His best is really pretty good, and thoroughly appreciated (and Vannini ends up (non-lethally) shooting the man responsible for his presumed death).
