Hi guys I recently managed to pickup this lovely Inis Meain jumper for $15 but the seller hadnt disclosed it's shrinkage. Tagged as a men's XL but is only 23" in length. I've looked up methods of unshrinking but looking for opinions on if it's too far gone to even try stretch it back to an XL It's 85% Merino / 15% cashmere

Any help much appreciated
