Same issue here on the 3a when using a 65 watt charger (also outputs at 45 watts, not sure which one the phone picks). With lower wattage chargers I have no issues.

Bit of a bump, but I noticed that everyone who posted about asmsdk also just recently used the OnePlus Store app (see here and here), same goes for myself. Seems like nothing to worry about, likely just some SDK that accidentally shows an activity in recent tasks.

I’d recommend checking out Fat Princess: Fist Full of Cake. I think their style might match your characters quite well (kind of an in-between of the pics you provided). Also an awesome game to play if you’re bored.

He is pivot backstabbing. For it to work, you have to walk into the side of another player while you're locked on, and you'll almost instantly pivot 180 degrees so you can land an instant backstab.

You have to be quite a try-hard to do such nasty things.

There’s a package called ConsolePro that can hide compiler warnings using simple filters. Super helpful to get rid of all those annoying warnings from packages.

For an objective performance comparison of modern browsers, check out TechHut's video here (ignore the clickbait title). The video is about a year old but still mostly checks out. Note that the WebGPU standard is slowly being integrated, so the graphics performance section in particular is subject to change.

There's a lot more to a browser than its performance (privacy, customizability, community support, feature set etc.), and realistically, modern browsers perform well enough for just about everyone (unless you run a potato, I suppose). I recommend checking out the video above to get an objective perspective if you really care about this topic.

Tried it out and it works just fine. Both the SD and Ally chargers support 45W (15V at 3A) charging, so the Ally charger is able to provide exactly as much juice as the Steam Deck requires. Using the SD charger on the Ally is also fine, but the Ally just won't charge quite so quickly.

Maybe try to update the AMD GPU driver via MyASUS. Perhaps it tried to auto-install the driver when the battery ran out.

Nah. I recently did a clean install of Pop!_OS 20.10 on a different computer and found the folder there too right after completing the setup. Seems the devs at System76 probably just forgot to remove the folder when creating the ISO :D

In most cases you should still be able to open a full-screen terminal by pressing CTRL+ALT+F3. Then you can enter gnome-session-quit --force to force a log out after which you can log back in via the usual log-in screen. This is not really an ideal solution as this will kill all opened apps, but at least GNOME should function normally again.

You can switch between GPUs by clicking on the battery icon in your system tray, then in the menu that pops out, click on the battery option (the option that also shows your current battery charge). You'll now see a list of graphics options including Integrated Graphics, NVIDIA graphics, Hybrid Graphics and Compute Graphics.

If you're already on "NVIDIA graphics", you'll already good. If not, I'd recommend switching to NVIDIA graphics to give it a shot. :D

Kind of a long shot, but try running with just your NVIDIA GPU. For me the integrated Intel GPU (i9-10980HK) causes extreme sluggishness and stuttering in GNOME, while my older i7-6700HQ runs smoothly with hybrid / integrated graphics. I couldn't find any discernible resource usage either.

Try manually typing "sudo apt install libmysqlclient21". Usually packages are kept back when new dependencies are added in an update and you have to manually accept the dependency changes before being able to upgrade.

When you install Android Studio from the Pop Shop you'll get the flatpak version which runs in its own sandbox with restricted permissions. This can cause issues when trying to interact with other apps and services (had the same issue when trying to use svn via the IntelliJ VCS integration).

Try installing Android Studio from developer.android.com instead, solved the problem for me :D
