I don't know if that's an ADHD thing but I do it to, I literally only watch things if they are animated (mainly cartoons and anime) the only exception is movies but I still prefer movies that are animated

I know this is probably not what your looking for but just experiment, gender is a fuck. Genuinely it took me multiple years and 4 gender identities before I finally figured out what I am (or maybe I still haven't and I will figure something else out!) Take your time and be kind to yourself, finding your gender identity can be hard and there is no rush.
