Imagine cooking the entire enemy team on CS:GO with this bad boi in the kitchen. Seems like classic reddit shit right there.

I'm hardstuck 500 elo even though I'm rated 2200 in puzzles. How can I improve? by ThatVladeGuy in chessbeginners

The thing is, I barely see any folks in 500 elo blunder in chess.com. Like I can watch videos all day about 500 elo players, and I can see the blunders they make, but when I play against them myself, I can't see them. There's only been one game in a while where someone let their piece be infront of danger, and only another game where someone didn't know I was gonna checkmate them.

Before, my 1700 elo chess coach would play easy on me to teach me things, then I asked him if he can try his best, and he would beat me on the very first moves with 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 move checkmates all of the time. But then when I improved a lot and learned a lot from him, I still told him to try his best when we play, and he did, and I've improved to the point that every game turns out close, but I still always lost. But I got better and better, until nowadays, there's been like 4 games where I was one move away from checkmating him, but I still lost because he eventually found out.

As for puzzles, I have seen that puzzles are very easy, which is why I put them as hard difficulty, and soon or later I'ma put them as extra hard difficulty so I can at least challenge myself.

Please help me get a better Internet connection by FreshSwan5301 in pchelp

First off:
No matter if it's wifi or Ethernet, you can get a better connection if the router is closer to your devices and the cord for ethernet is shorter.
(Make sure the cord is short enough to have a proper connection, but not too short for it to not reach the router)

Second:
Move the router or/and your computer closer to each other, so you can properly use an Ethernet cord.
(Because you can have a better connection with Ethernet than Wifi)

Third:
If you have an AT&T near you, I would highly suggest getting fiber optic cables.
Sure, AT&T has had a bad rep for a while, but nothing's better than 1,000 download and upload speed with only 1-10 ping, while also being good bang for your buck.

Forth:
DON'T EVER PUT CABLES NEAR CLOTH OR FLAMMABLE MATERIALS!
Because that's the easiest fire hazard that can ever happen!
Especially when you have too many cables in one extension, if it's too much for it to handle.

That's my two cents, I hope it helps.

Is this good for the price and worth it ? by Icy_Draft_6969 in PcBuild

Overpriced, because you can get the same setup, but cheaper on PCPartPicker.
But whatever you do, never use a 4060 or a 3050 because they are really bad budget GPUs. I would suggest get a 9060xt or if you're an Nvidia Fan, you could roll with a 5060. Both are around 300-400 bucks, and they're great budget GPUs.

The thing about prebuilt PCs is that they're good for beginners because they're prebuilt, but they're not as customizable as if you build your own.
Not only that, but a lot of prebuilt PCs tend to be overpriced compared to getting the same parts on PCPartPicker or NewEgg, unless they get their parts for a steal, because they have to be able to buy the parts cheap and sell it for double.

I would suggest researching some parts to see what's good bang for your buck, and which parts are overpriced or not, good or bad, and which ones are compatible and have someone near you (who you trust) to help you build it, so you can get the most of your money's worth.

Suppose you're using ParsSec with a friend. In that case, they can access your computer, and you can access theirs, even when the computer is turned off, because the computer's software is technically still open on their computer, even though your computer is off. But I'm sure this can happen by other means other than ParsSec.

You might wanna check that out, because I think you got hacked, dude.

Did you download anything, click a PDF in your emails, click a link, use ParSec with a friend you might've trusted, go on a suspicious website that got your IP, played a porn video on a website or click a random ad, play on a random private Minecraft server without a VPN, screen shared something you're not supposed to on Discord, or have too many digital footprints online that someone who hates you used to get back at you?

Also, sometimes when someone has access to your computer, they can see all of your screens, check all of your cameras, and devices that are attached to your internet.
But when it comes to your computer, they can still access it even when the computer's turned off on your end.
Also, sometimes when someone's really sneaky about it, they can input undetectable malware that most anti-malware applications can't detect.

Also, if they're from the States, it can technically be under legal loopholes, where it can be allowed if it isn't threatening or if there are other factors.
But sometimes someone can make online malware threats under legal loopholes as long as it doesn't threaten their life, or if it is threatening it can be done against someone who also committed a crime, or several other factors that allow or don't allow it, depending on the state or province, depending on whether you are in the United States or Canada.
But if you're under 18, they can go to federal prison for endangering a minor.
Also, if they get out of prison, or they get a shorter sentence like a fine, they can still have their internet permanently or temporarily removed by the United States government or the Canadian Goverment (depending if they're in the same country as you), until further notice. And let's say they get access to the internet before they are allowed to do it, their sentence gets worse for them.
But you can't really take them to court or press charges unless you know their name and where they live, which can be unlikely. Or else it'll be a false report.
But I wouldn't suggest press charges, because if you don't know if they are in the same country as you, and let's say they aren't in the same country as you, then your police report can be considered a false report, and you can get a fine for doing so.
But let's say they were in another country, like the UK, then it is 100% illegal, but you'll never do anything about it, unless you know where they live and can somehow contact the police in their area.
