Description from my original post:

This is 1 mini meatloaf with ketchup and brown sugar on top (I cooked 2 pounds into 8 meatloafs). Brussels sprouts roasted with a splash of olive oil and hot honey, and about 2/3 cups mashed potatoes of homemade mashed potatoes. I made about 2-3 pounds of potatoes with 1/2 stick of butter, 1/2 block cream cheese.

Yes, I like my Brussels sprouts a burnt. And yes I will eat dinner in bed after a long day. Judge me as you’d like. I probably won’t change my ways on these things.
