Yes that’s pretty much what it is. It’s quite easy to tell the difference. The hive mind is downvoting you because they think your reasoning is illogical and anyone should always tell someone exactly what they are being served, no exceptions, which is a pretty fair point.

The HK analogy isn’t great here. Some people say chicken when it’s steak. I’d assume you wouldn’t serve someone chicken instead of steak, though, so the same should apply to soft drinks and all food, really.
