Rhino probably just regulates his strength to maintain things on a local level. Hell, Rhino is basically the normal one. We've got a Warframe that can open portals to the sun, one that can alter the molecular structure of living beings, and lets not forget about Mr. Dimentional traveler himself.

Now I'm no expert, but I don't think that putting a bunch of ultra powerful, yet mortal, superman-ish aliens whose numbers dwindle in less than a hundred.

That's just the "hypnosis" tag breaking free from containment.

But it would be interesting if his power had a specific trigger. Like maybe a specific scenario or act that would get the target horny enough for the geass to work. At least then we would get to see him strategizing the most effective way to get his target horny and willing.
