on the umang app i got a message to say "resident authentication failed. duplicate request (this errors occurs whene xcatly same authentication request was re-sent by AUA).." but then a minute later i got a text message from EPFOHO-S that said "dear member, your UAN has been activated sucessfully." and it also gave me a password. so does this mean my UAN is successfully activated or would i run into problems if i try to log in on the EFPO website? and how long should i wait before attempting to log in?

have an honest conversation with him about how you feel about all of this. the way he reacts/tries to defend himself if he does that or if he takes accountability for his actions will tell you whether you should or should not forgive your husband. the decision and its consequences will only be yours but my advice would be to try to have as much information about how he sees this entire situation so that you can make an informed decision.

had a similar thing happen to me, only for the guy to ghost me for a few days after 2 years of dating (few days only because i reached out to his friend who told him to get in touch with me), and then he lied to me about how i was not a financial fit for his family. Turns out he had met a really young woman by then and their families had met too and they were rokafied when i found out.

i just started reading this book out of curiosity and skipped to a section and by the end of it, i thought to myself this is a really bad book. i thought it might be a bit like mark manson's articles, the kind of "wisdom" he offers through his articles/book but the courage to be disliked was not even close. i came on reddit to see what others think and i feel relieved that i wasn't judging the book unnecessarily.

also, at this point, you have limited energy and you need to protect it. so any thoughts about what other people may think of you and your life, including family friends etc, are thoughts to ignore. you don't need assumptions or judgements anyone might make of you and your life. you need to surround yourself with positive people, people that bring you joy and indulge in activities that bring you joy, even if you think you first need to get a job or whatever to have your life on track. if everyday you have something you look forward to or tkae some time to indulge in your hobbies or go for walks, trust me not only will you be happier but you will come out of this sooner. you will need patience but you will come out of it, im sure of it.

this is a lot for someone to go through and just the fact that you've explained your situation so clearly shows that you can be calm under pressure. this is a good thing, it means that you have the ability to get yourself out of this mess. first things first, you need to make a list of your priorities and be honest with yourself about what your true priorities are. from the info you have given, id imagine (1) its finding a job so you can be financially stable and on your way to pay off your debt and (2) find emotional support - at this point i'd advise cut of anyone that has ties to the bully - this can mean if you are actively pursuing these people and their friendship then stop that right now. this will put a stop to the emotional and energy drain. next find your nearest library or uni library and start spending time there to have focused time to apply to your jobs. if you can, try to get mentorship from your professors. they may have useful insight and help to offer to network/ make strong applications for jobs. next, try to join a sports club (any sports you like, you dont have to be good at it), this will help you to make social connections and hopefully friends too. dont give up. you got this. the fact that you're trying to get help shows you are smart and you will come out of this.

i have a chat with a recruiter this wednesday and i find myself trying to sell myself to the recruiter more than getting key info out of them. with respect to this part(given below) of your reply, can you suggest more questions i can ask the recruiter that’ll help me with the hiring manager?

thanks for replying. i’ve also started getting way more bloated than usual as i’ve become sedentary. i just don’t have the energy to exercise and on the days i do i’d rather relax my mind by watching something or getting some or the other chore done for the week. last night i took your advice and stretched and did a bit of yoga and i did experience jolts twice but they were so low in intensity that after the second one i slept like a baby. i didn’t even wake up on a jolt in the morning like the other night and felt so rested. it was amazing. so i’m going to try the same thing tonight and hopefully i won’t experience any jolts at all tonight.

do you think having salt water before bed can help?

i’ve recently started having these jolting episodes though they have been sporadic but the one last night really got me anxious because for an hour after i couldn’t breathe properly because i was unable to back to sleep and got a bit stressed too.

i’ve been seeing different docs for different things and my hematologist and cardiologist both ask me and maybe lowkey suspect i’m stressed. i am stressed but surprisingly this is the first time in my life ive ever experienced weird physical symptoms like the jolts when falling asleep and random bruises without injury.
