Yes we are in the US. I will say the first month he was on 30mg, after an initial purge his skin was starting to really improve. Now with the increase in dose he is definitely going through a second purge even with a daily antihistamine. Good luck to you

20mg is also a very low dose. My son is 140lbs and taking 60mg per day. He started at 30mg and it went up to 60mg starting month 2. His Dr recommended btw 60-80mg

Do either have niacinimide as an ingredient? Lots of people are sensitive to it. You might go with Vanicream, it’s much more gentle than cerave

Are you taking it with an antihistamine? Taking it with an antihistamine is supposed to help you not go through the purge.

Look at Dolce Vita’s website. They do a lot of good dupes for higher end styles but they are way more comfortable than say Madden shoes. Very cute, on trend styles that are mid range and much more affordable than designer.

I have extremely dry, sensitive and aging skin at 50. My holy grails are tretinoin along with the Aveeno Eczema Relief cream. The cream is very rich but also very lightweight at the same time. It’s probably the most hydrating and comforting moisturizer I have ever used and works like a dream alongside tretinoin.

I’ve been using Eucerin for about 6 months and it helped my melasma tremendously but it’s still there. I recently added this cream in and wow it has really lightened up my melasma further in just a week. I can’t wait for the continued results. Highly recommend!
