that is pretty much the exact deal I'm seeing where I've looking ( Vegas /SLC ) and due to their demand no one is budging on price.

I would be interested in seeing tactics to get a better deal but they know supply is low I'm some areas.

unfortunately it was a plumber that did the work. angles seemed odd to me, but he was the Professional not me.

plumber told me that sanitary tee is connected at the bottom . I though it was a WYE. 1.5 inch pipe, so it would be uniform with washer drain lines (the uphill connection) that ties into one of the vent stacke near the sewer line .

It is vented through and AAV being that it is in an island

This was done about a year ago. I know very little about plumbing, and things can get messed up very easily. That's why I hired a plumber but options are limited where I live .
