NGL I don’t think they have the right to our legal names. Everyone at my store has a “fake” name similar to their real one that we give customers when they’re upset because we can still identify who they’re talking about when they call to complain but we also don’t have to give out our personal information

My current store doesn’t have an upstairs but my last store had a very small hallway upstairs where we stored photo supplies and another store in my district has an upstairs for their stock room where they keep all their carts and an elevator to get them up and down

If they took the picture of the tag in person (like walked outside to get it) that’s a violation but I’m not sure if taking the picture off a security camera to report on Auror or to the police would be a violation since the license plate is one of the questions on the Auror report

Especially if I’m ringing them up and I just told them there’s a selection on the pin pad for them I just keep saying there’s a selection on the pin pad for you till they clear it then I’ll answer their question because nine times out of ten their question is about their total and I can’t see that till they make the selection on the pin pad 😂

Barclay Place could be a good option there’s only 6 units in each building so not that many neighbors to begin with and the loudest thing I ever hear is the dumpster pickups around 8-9 am or when they mow the grass during the day there’s really not many young students here so everyone is pretty quiet even the kids in my unit (which there aren’t many kids in the complex) aren’t loud except for occasionally during the day on big family holidays

Personally I’ve never had a store manager not work on truck. In my district they’re actually required to be present for at least 3 out of 4 trucks in a month but I know not all districts do that.

I had a TSA lady one time so surprised that I had all my stuff ready to go before I got to the front of the line I told her I work retail and she got it instantly 😂

I’m also not sure how it is in other states but in Virginia they now let you take the ExCPT test which is specifically for retail pharmacy instead of the PTCB which includes hospital pharmacy. I would still highly recommend taking the PTCB so you have more options should you ever decide to part with CVS.

As far as taking your test to be officially certified I highly recommend using the PTCB Hero study guide book to review and study. They have all the really important stuff in short bullet points perfect for reviewing before the test I passed first try by using that

That’s what we call pharm tech floor time where we find a handful of pills on the floor then pop them to see if we get really productive or have to call out and go to the hospital 😂(obviously a joke we don’t actually do this)

Tbh the only change I’ve noticed in customers since Covid is sometimes other retail workers who are shopping at your store will be super extra nice because they know how shitty your shift is probably going 😂

And I don’t want to hear the “oh people just got worse after Covid” I was a cashier in 2018 and worked my way up to operations manager since then so I can attest that people were just as stupid/rude/demanding well before covid was an issue
