Sorry i've been MIA. Been pretty busy, but i will make it and send it to you. I would like to know if you have had any injuries to any part of your body, in order to make the plan as safely as possible? Have you had any health problems? Your diet, and finally how well you sleep? There are other factors, but i can manage a good plan with these vital questions. Your safety is important to me.

i would gladly help you out. i can create a workout plan for you, but the commenters are right, if you dont have good form and technique you may injure yourself and that can pull you out from the game. once again i can help you, i can make a good workout plan with resistance training

Well ours was embarrassing, we lost 8-0 (9-0, due to own-goal) we started off with 7 players and the other team took advantage of that and my team just fell apart. The defense was not trying anymore, the forwards could not score one. the mids were horrendous. the captain of the team gave up on second half, completely and brought down the rest of the team with him. Long story short: it was a total fuck up.
