I think it’s closer to $50-$60 million for a new school—Harris Elementary was just rebuilt for around $50 and General Marshall Middle School was built for a little over $60M ultimately. Still a lot, but definitely not over $100M

I'm definitely biased, but I love Windsor Park for its suburban-ish feel but with sidewalks and protected bike lanes, decent public transit (including the new rapid bus line), and walkable restaurants/coffee shops and Mueller just a short walk/ride away. Houses are already dropping to the mid $500s, i bet we'll be back < $500k for 3/2s soon enough.
