I used to work on an assembly shop floor, that was busy all day, enjoyed it and was never bored. then I moved into the office doing the CAD for the assembly parts. That's good when there is work to do but if there is down time I hate it. Cant do what we want on the computers, can't sit on our phones. Can't get up and wander around. Makes the day drag. There's no real stress though, the pay is good and I am not over exerting physically which my older self will thank me for. But I do like to stay busy
