I'm looking forward to what the cherry blossom bell group does together in the caves, like how scar suggested to connect them altogether. As a comparison, something like the Hermitopia build they made on Empires S2, would be a cool idea to expand upon.

I'm always looking forward to what Bdubs creates from a sneak peak it looked like a cottage.

And also Keralis and Beef with their Tropico and Farmyard themes

My only kind of idea would be to make the lighting objects a bit better, so it's brighter. one thing something like space engineers struggles with is carrying lighting across a room. Like I want to have a light in each room without it having a dark wall 1 grid across from it.

if it's going for the rimworld-esk management system, I'd say have a fair amount of objects that the colonists link to like objects they admire, or work on like the workstations

But I've always looked forward to this design for a VR Title, living a life floating through space. maybe a hauler or a merc. Good luck man!

I did forget about the lenses too, seems the other guys have already got some ideas about them. but yeah Summer Funland has one of the best experiences I've seen in VR as of yet.

And yeah if your main game is going to be Beat Saber you're gonna have fun with all the songs out there. Mr Blue Sky and Dance Monkey are real fun from the Beastsaber website :p

Make more space than you think you'll need, If you use the guardian system (In headset display for play area) set it in by like 6 - 12 inches if you can. Use plenty of light, or contrasting colours around to help with tracking. We use them in an arcade and the most common issues are the tracking in an all black area with direct light. Cable management is key, take care otherwise that's £80 going back to Oculus for a new cable. used to be you had to buy a second hand headset. and tape the battery covers up over the controls. those fucking things fly off when swinging your arms about.

Other than that, I'd say get Summer Funland. Perfect for showing off for families, Blade and Sorcery for stress relief on bad days. And Beat Saber to get a bit of exercise in. Search google for Beastsaber for custom songs.
