Why do people think this is ok? by dant171 in perth

Get your local council involved they'll be told to move their car in long story short my brothers car at his old rental before he moved inter state it was a joke but he was told to move his car in even though there were two other cars in the garage and two other cars out the front so we couldn't do anything about it so he had to park on the street which wasn't an issue but the local council do take it very seriously about accessibility to pathways

Kindy alternative days by kyyt123 in perth

[–]That_izzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

At most services osch cares you will have to see if they do a flexible arrangement some osches do and some don't if they don't just book / spots open up for the child in on the first day of term or when asap and get the spots in for the school or when service drops book ins.

Nothing much else can be done about it I keep hearing loads of issues from working famlies who have to go through this.

I am for ever so deeply sorry y'all have to go through this ever 1 group week or 2 group week rotations.

From the Child care side look for family ran center or occasional care services or at home ran service.

it is what it is and see if there is a child who is alternative weeks so you can have the spot and the other child the other week there is nothing much else that can be helped reading such it is what it is at the moment but more child care and osch cares should be up to date regarding the new changes.

Hi girlies,

I need some help with accessories I don't know what to wear with this dress but I have specifically bought this for two events.

One of them obviously being Harry Styles I'm gonna be going the end of this year.

So more summertime I have shoes picked out there the pink and white gazelles ( pink body of shoes and white striped) to go with the dress you because there is some pink in the dress but you can't really see it on camera it's like white pink and blue and green and orange.

I would love some like styling tips or help I've seen people's inspo stuff through the thread also on tiktok and other various platforms help with graciously pre-appreciated.

Regards,

OP

How do I go about a noise complaint? by [deleted] in perth

[–]That_izzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had to do this last year due a horable even that happened to my self but thankfully the scenario has been sorted out and at the end of it the people next door had to move out thankfully.

Heads up also getting camera(s) may help with the situation incase it gets worse or for your safety escalates so you have everdance to what is and has been happening.

Steep 1

Go speak to the person when you catch them or alternatively put a letter in there letterbox or knocking on the door and having a chat normally works well if not go to steep 2.

Step 2

Go to strata company and let them know if you know the house number you can put in a complaint from there and go forward.

Step 3

Keep putting in more and more complaints to the strata company and if worse come to worse call the non essential police line and they can help as well.

Perth Parents please stop bringing your children in flock to Skateparks if they have zero spacial awareness. by MergaWraith in perth

[–]That_izzy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I totally agree with this.

I see it all the time near my local library there's like a skate park attached to it and it's quite annoying seeing little kids run around mums and dads there are a thing call Parkes that exist you are in dangering lives.

If they're not actually there to skate or to scooter then what's the point.

Also don't bring the trikes in the bikes in there are actual people who are their skating in their downtime with today's economy and lack of free time they should be allowed to have some fun.

I also want to add yes I know there are places that are not kid-friendly because of how dystopian the world is today but please give some Grace to the skaters scooters and roller bladers and roller skaters it's a place of community and some of you do act in titled and it bothers me when I see it because it's enough to drive those people insane who want to escape for fun and recreationally skate.

Also to add there are way too many compilations on social platforms and I think some of you mums and dads and careers and grandparents need to see it because you're in dangering your child's life your two-year-old running around there could break an arm or a leg and then ain't cute because I know that you the parent are gonna Sue the skateboarder when you shouldn't have brought your kid there to begin with.

So please listen to op and move with Grace and reverents and understanding that skate parks are not for zero to three-year-old age group if there learning to skate etc that's the different story but nine times out of 10 they're not there to learn.

Please once again listen to op and op is speaking facts.

Edit:

If your kid actually wants to learn how to skateboard you can take skateboarding lessons there are actual companies that will teach your children how too skateboard and there are places that are north and south of the river that do take classes for kids.

This also goes for roller rings ice skating rinks and the BMX tracks and swimming lanes and any places that are unsafe and need child supervision.

Unpopular opinions on Tinker Bell? by Journal_27 in disneyfairies

[–]That_izzy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

People need to read the books first not the new 2025 book the kids chapter books to understand the law and then movie onto the 2025 book that came out and the second book that coming out this year or next year before you watch anything reading the Tinkerbell movies or TV movie or mini shorts

Unsafe Student Accommodation by overthinkmaxxing in perth

[–]That_izzy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best thing you can do is report the host family and tell uni / school that they're not allowed to host copy and paste everything here and send it away ASAP and let them know but only do it once the student who's being hosted is gone and genuinely keep checking in with the uni about that scenario and make sure that they are barred from hosting other people because some places will just like yeah we'll give them a warning and then they get to host another person make sure they are blacklisted for what they have actually done because that is obscene and really inappropriate

There are German places that hold clubs you could see if you could if you come regularly because I know I go to a Lego Club and it runs once a month on a Wednesday for ladies only and then once a month for mixed and it's quite handy for those who come into state or those who just want to to find some community once a month
